Welcome to Atolin, a peer-to-peer (P2P) money transfer service. By using Atolin, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this User Agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using our services.
2. Eligibility
To use Atolin, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Reside in a jurisdiction where our services are legally permitted.
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information.
- Not be listed on any government sanctions or watchlists.
3. Account Registration and Security
- You must register for an account using a valid email address and phone number.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to notify Atolin immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. P2P Transactions
- Transactions may be subject to limits based on your verification level and regulatory requirements.
- You acknowledge that all transactions are final once completed.
- Atolin is not responsible for losses due to incorrect recipient details provided by you.
5. Fees and Limits
- Atolin may charge transaction fees, which will be disclosed before payment confirmation.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly transfer limits may apply.
- Fees and limits are subject to change at Atolin’s discretion.
6. Compliance with Laws and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use Atolin in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services to:
- Conduct fraudulent or illegal transactions.
- Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing activities.
- Transfer funds on behalf of third parties without authorization.
7. Sanctions Screening and Risk Monitoring
- All transactions are subject to screening against government sanctions lists.
- Suspicious activities may be reported to regulatory authorities.
- Atolin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity.
8. Dispute Resolution
- If you experience a dispute regarding a transaction, you must report it within 30 days.
- Atolin will investigate and may, at its discretion, reverse or deny disputed transactions.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Atolin is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Atolin is not responsible for delays or failures due to external factors beyond our control.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
- Atolin may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this agreement.
- Any remaining funds in your account may be subject to regulatory reporting and handling requirements.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
- Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We may share information with law enforcement or regulatory agencies as required by law.
12. Amendments to this Agreement
